What are good ships for trading?

Many ships are great for trading in the X-Universe. The rule of thumb for picking out a good trading ship is that it needs to have a large cargo bay and a decent speed. The cargo will help you make more money per trading run, while the speed will help you get the run done faster. TS class ships are an excellent choice simply because of their huge cargo holds and ability to carry nearly all types of cargo.
