Traders for the build module dont supply the station

Traders for the build module don't supply the station instead they trade for the station although in the assignment it says for the build storage. you can see that easily by the warelists

Can't you set up which selection of wares can be supplied to the build storage, and doesn't it first have to generate trade offers for the assigned traders to service? Also it might need some funding specifically for construction before it can afford anything.

Maybe if these are not all operating properly, the assigned construction traders will revert to working as station traders for the station manager until the build storage trading situation improves. I'm not sure about that bit though.

The station is constructed for 20 hours(in-game) now. if I select the wares manually it reverts to trade wares. there is enough money in station build account
