Please give us the ability to produce the Astrid, Regal Hydra and the Erlking turrets.

I understand, that you wanted these ships be quest rewards. But there isn't any reason not to give their blueprints as well in a singleplayer sandbox game like this. You cannot grief other players, for example by spamming Erlkings.

The Astrid is just a Yacht, nothing we shouldn't be able to build, considering we already build deadly warships. And in light of the upcoming passenger missions, why not let us roleplay as a public transportation company too.

The Hydra Regal is just some variant of the regular Boron Hydra. Again, we already can build Sharks with the Boron weaponry.

The Erlking turrets are cool, but you are forced to use the ugliest ship you have designed in the entire history Egosoft.
Please let us build these turrets on other ships. Or at least on Terran ships, with their High power turret slots. This way these slots are not just some unused after-thought.

The argument, that the Erlking power-core cannot be matched in output is moot, once you consider that,
  • we can build an infinite number of Asgards whose death star laser is magnitudes above than some pew-pew
  • precisely teleport living beings across the galaxy without delay
  • and having access to space- and time-bending technology to compress cargo-holds.
It has been a long time since you actually added good looking ships. As of now, I like the look of the ships showcased in the Timelines trailer very much. Please don't make them a one-time thing as well. Or even lock them forever behind these scenarios.

Same goes for Xenon ships and equipment. Especially the Xenon ships. It should be easy lore-wise, since they essentially are remnants outdated Terran tech.


On the notion of Terrans:

Please buff Terran turrets across the board attack power, projectile velocity, rate of fire and range. The copy-paste turret stats are just embarrassing. Especially after years since COH came out. Either give them a plasma equivalent or add Terran missiles back into the lore. Otherwise:
  • Terran Beam M- & L-turrets: The most expensive in the entire game -> make them actually useful by turning them into powerful Meson beam turrets with greater range than dumbfire missiles. You can compensate by reducing power at greater range like Boron weapons.
  • Terran Bolt M- & L-turrets: Make them into proton barrage turrets with the power and velocity of the main weapon variant with at least the commonwealth L-plasma range and turn rate of medium argon turrets
  • Terran M- & L-Turrets: Make them into a variant of the Terran pulse main weapon with at least range. Increase attack power or rate of fire and greater range.
