Attack with commander is not working

I don't have a save file with the bug because it doesn't happen often. But I was talking with some people and aside the fact that the fleet doesn't attack if they are too far, it seems that they can miss an update or something. One example - I had all my fleet just following me and in formation while I was attacking the enemy ship right in front of me! The workaround was simply using the new reset fleet hotkey or attack my target hotkey.

PS.: I do make use of a lot of fleet set to Attack and I'm even having other problems with that.
