[SUGGESTION] (7.0 Beta 4) Add glow strength option

Glow in certain places is way too strong. Especially when in a dark room. Best example i found is this:

And I want to keep it, because some parts, like cockpit and especially the neon jumplanes look gorgeous:

Personal opinion, textbox and rigght-click menus should not glow at all, and certainly not this much.
